Caleb DiLenge - President

Caleb DiLenge is a Junior studying Mechanical Engineering from Lansdale, PA. He has 13 years of water polo and 14 years of swimming experience, and played for both North Penn High School and North Penn Aquatic Club. At North Penn, Caleb was Captain of the 2023 Pennsylvania State Champion Water Polo team and was a district qualifier in swimming for both the 2023 and 2024 academic years. He has been a member of our A team for his previous two seasons with PSU, where the team won its third and fourth consecutive regional championship and attended nationals both years. Outside of the pool, Caleb can be found grinding at the gym, playing golf, snowboarding, surfing, and working on cars in his free time. He is excited to get to work as our President for the 26 - 27 season.
Kerr Redner - Vice President, THON Fundraising Chair
Kerr Redner is a Junior studying Aerospace Engineering from Reading, PA. Kerr attended The Hill School and has 13 years of water polo and 14 years of swimming experience. At Hill, Kerr helped his team to an Eastern Conference Championship and multiple Eastern Conference Runner-Up seasons. At the club level, he has played for a handful of East Coast teams, including the New Haven Hydras, CT Premier, and Maverick (WCAC United) Water Polo, and has been to multiple Junior Olympics tournaments and picking up a Navy Battle of the Beltway Championship in the process. Kerr also was a member of our A team during his freshman season, earning 10th in the country at the University of Florida. He spends his free time surfing, fishing, and playing video games.
Evan Hardick - Treasurer

Evan Hardick is a junior studying Accounting & Finance from Reading, PA. Evan attended Wilson High School and has 8 years of water polo experience, along with 12 years of swimming experience. At Wilson, Evan qualified for districts in 2022, 23, and 24. Along with this, he also helped his team to a water polo state championship in 2023, along with runner-up the following season. Additionally, he was a swimming academic All-American. Outside of polo, Evans is a part of Beta Alpha Psi, which is an honors accounting and finance society, and he enjoys fishing. He is excited to work as Treasurer for the 2026-27 season.
Jake Faulkingham - Secretary, Alumni Chair

Jake Faulkingham is currently a Sophomore studying Aerospace Engineering from Malvern, PA. Jake graduated from The Hill School and has 5 years of water polo experience and 12 years of swimming experience. At Hill, Jake was captain of his water polo and swim team, earning the Team of '84 Award for polo. He helped his team to multiple Eastern Conference Runner-Up seasons and also earned academic All-American for water polo. At the club level, Jake has played a summer season for WCAC United Water Polo. Jake was also on the A team this past season, where the team won its fourth consecutive regional championship, placing 13th at Nationals. He spends his free time at the gym, hanging out with friends, and watching TV. He is ecstatic to get to work as our Secretary for the 2026-27 season.
Luke Price - Captain

Luke is currently a senior studying Mechanical Engineering from Maple Glen, PA. Luke graduated from Upper Dublin with 8 years of water polo experience and 10 years of swimming experience. He also played club water polo for Mavericks (WCAC United), and UDAC. At Upper Dublin, Luke earned second-team all-state, and he earned second-team all-conference at PSU. Outside of polo, Luke's in Alpha Kappa Psi, a business fraternity, and he does nuclear engineering research.
Blake Stanczewski - Captain

Blake is a freshman studying Chemical Engineering from Harleysville, PA. He graduated from Souderton with 7 years of water polo experience as well as 11 years of swimming experience. At Souderton, Blake achieved multiple 3rd team all-state titles and earned two district qualifier titles, both in swimming and diving. Additionally, he earned 2nd team all-conference this past season for PSU. He's also played on multiple teams, including Buxmont, Maverick (WCAC United), Asphalt Green, and PWAC. Outside of polo Blakes a chill guy partaking in outdoor sports, being active, and watching movies.

Todd Roth-Coach
Todd Roth, who was recently named CWPA Mid-Atlantic Division Coach of the Year for the second consecutive year, is a Penn State Alumnus – he played water polo at Penn State from 1992-1997. He has been coaching swimming and water polo at many levels since 1992. Todd has been coaching Penn State water polo officially since 2012 – some years as more of a coach, and some years as more of an advisor, depending on the teams' wishes. Todd is the Aquatics Supervisor for Centre Region Parks & Recreation, overseeing all aquatic facilities, programs, and events in the State College area. He also teaches RPTM 390 at PSU as an adjunct professor. He has three daughters (the oldest is currently a sophomore at PSU) and enjoys the outdoors.
Ilya Kovalenko-Coach
The 2025 Mid-Atlantic Division Coach of the Year, Ilya Kovalenko enters his second year on our coaching staff and brings with him a wealth of water polo playing experience. As an undergraduate, he attended Georgia Tech before earning a Masters degree from the University of Michigan, competing at Club Nationals at both schools and collecting All-Conference Honors. At Penn State, he is an Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering department.
