Todd Roth, who was recently named CWPA Mid-Atlantic Division Coach of the Year for the second consecutive year, is a Penn State Alumnus – he played water polo at Penn State from 1992-1997. He has been coaching swimming and water polo at many levels since 1992. Todd has been coaching Penn State water polo officially since 2012 – some years as more of a coach, and some years as more of an advisor, depending on the teams' wishes. Todd is the Aquatics Supervisor for Centre Region Parks & Recreation, overseeing all aquatic facilities, programs, and events in the State College area. He also teaches RPTM 390 at PSU as an adjunct professor. He has three daughters (the oldest is currently a sophomore at PSU) and enjoys the outdoors.
Chadd Crump has been playing, coaching, and officiating water polo in the Philadelphia area since 1986. He played high school water polo at Germantown Academy, and played for Annapolis as a member of the 17U Junior Olympic National Championship Team in 1990, which remains the only team outside of California to win Junior Olympics. He played collegiate water polo at Johns Hopkins University and was the first water polo player inducted into the Johns Hopkins Athletic Hall of Fame in 2011. In recent years, Chadd has been an assistant coach at both Wissahickon High School and Maverick Water Polo club.
Danny Crump - President
Danny Crump is currently a Senior from Blue Bell, PA studying Finance with a minor in International Business, and has been playing water polo for 10 years. A four-year starter at Wissahickon High School, he was a 3-time Pennsylvania All-State recipient, and was named 1st team All-State and a NISCA All-American his senior year. He also swam and played baseball in high school. At the club level, he competed for Maverick (now WCAC United) Water Polo, traveling to both Texas and California for Junior Olympic tournaments. Outside of the water, he loves to travel, ski, and enjoys rooting for Philadelphia sports teams. He is thrilled to join the exec board to schedule tournaments, engage with alumni, and give back to the sport that he loves!
Adam Pasewicz - Vice President
Adam Pasewicz is a Junior studying Electrical Engineering from Lancaster, PA. A graduate of Manheim Township high school, Adam has 7 years of water polo and 15 years of swimming experience. His extensive swimming background has carried over to Penn State, as he recently qualified for Nationals for Club Swimming. He spends his summer months coaching swimming and hiking, and also loves to ski and listen to indie music. At PSU, he also was the previous president of the Engineering House, also known as E-House. As Vice President, Adam will be handling all things scheduling and ensuring our team travel runs smoothly.
Caleb DiLenge - Treasurer
Caleb DiLenge is a Sophomore studying Mechanical Engineering from Lansdale, PA. He has 11 years of water polo and 14 years of swimming experience, and played for both North Penn High School and North Penn Aquatic Club. At North Penn, Caleb was Captain of the 2023 Pennsylvania State Champion Water Polo team and was a district qualifier in swimming for both the 2023 and 2024 academic years. He was a member of our A team during his freshman season which earned 10th in the country at the University of Florida. Outside of the pool, Caleb can be found playing golf, snowboarding, working out daily, and working on cars in his free time. He is also a member of Alpha Kappa Psi, a business fraternity here at Penn State. He is excited to get to work as our treasurer for the upcoming year.
Kerr Redner - Secretary, THON Fundraising Chair
Rounding out our exec board is Kerr Redner, a Sophomore studying Aerospace Engineering from Reading, PA. Kerr attended The Hill School and has 12 years of water polo and 13 years of swimming experience. At Hill, Kerr was named to the All-Eastern Team and helped his team to an Eastern Conference Championship and multiple Eastern Conference Runner-Up seasons. Individually, he holds the Hill School single-season record for combined scoring+steals+assists. At the club level, he has played for a handful of East Coast teams, including the New Haven Hydras, CT Premier, and Maverick (WCAC United) Water Polo, and has been to multiple Junior Olympics tournaments and picking up a Navy Battle of the Beltway Championship in the process. Kerr also was a member of our A team during his freshman season, earning 10th in the country at the University of Florida. He spends his free time surfing, fishing, and playing video games.
